Abstract
Sebaceous nevus of Jadassohn(SNJ) is an organoid hamartoma of the skin that is usually seen at or shortly after birth. Its most common location is the scalp, however, it may involve other areas of the head and neck. The SNJ characteristically evolves and changes morphology with time.1The development of neoplasms in SNJ is well documented to the degree of regarding such a development as part of the natural history of the lesion.2Usually these are benign neoplasms of epidermal or skin adnexal origin, but the development of malignant tumors have also been reported. We are reporting an additional case of a metastasizing neoplasm developing in SNJ to emphasize the aggressive neoplastic potential of these hamartomas.
