Abstract
Resistance measurements have been performed on aluminium films with thicknesses from 0·04 mm to 0·7 mm, at room temperature and at 4·2°k. It is shown that a longer annealing of the specimens gives a more perfect material. It is for instance possible to increase the resistance ratio, R 293/R 4·2, of a 0·6 mm thick specimen, from 1400 to 3000.Keywords
