Abstract
Two cases of granulomatous prostatitis are reported. The essential pathological and clinical features of the syndrome are discussed. It is emphasized that in case of enlargement and induration of the prostate and fusion of the organ with adjacent structures, differentiation of granulomatous prostatitis from prostatic cancer is not possible without biopsy. Keywords
