Abstract
A new type of magnetic bubble, which we call ``compensation bubble'', is observed as a limiting case of a Bloch wall bubble in (111) wafers of Y3Fe5−tGatO12 with a cylindrical compensation plane that arises from a radial gradient of the Ga content t. The relevant material parameters are measured and the structure of the compensation wall forming the compensation bubble is investigated. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
