Abstract
Active xanthine oxidase was labeled specifically with 33S in the cyanide-labile site of the Mo center. The Very Rapid Mo(V) EPR, signal, generated from this, shows strong coupling of 33S to Mo, providing unambiguous evidence that, at least in the signal-giving species, this Su atom is a ligand of Mo. The structure of the signal-giving species is discussed. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
