Abstract
A patient with Down's syndrome and associated myeloproliferative disease is described. The patient had the unique finding of increased platelet number and size. This finding adds further support to Ross's hypothesis of the existence of ineffective regulation of production and maturation of bone marrow elements in association with Down's syndrome. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
