Abstract
A new member of the Chrysophyceae, Mallomonas sabulosa, is described from two highly dystrophic sites in Australia—a lagoon near South East Cape in cool—temperate Tasmania, and a swamp on Fraser Island in sub-tropical Queensland. The organism is named after the sandy nature of its habitats. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
