A Lethal Mutation in the Rabbit with Stigmata of an Acromegalic Disorder

Abstract
Affected ani-mals show cutaneous and skeletal changes which suggest a primary pituitary abnormality affecting both the growth-promoting and thyrotropic hormones. The condition is hereditary and recessive in the F1, but may be expressed in heterozygous [male][male]. The homozygous form is apparently lethal.
