Abstract
The structure in the σ (Ep) and η (Ep) curves obtained from a Fe (110) single crystal were studied for primary energies, 40 eV ∼ 2.0 keV. The characteristics of σθ(Ep) and ηθ(Ep) and the fine structures of σEp (θ) and ηEp (θ) are shown to play complementary roles. The features in the structure become broader with increasing Ep. This effect seems to correspond to the fact that the dependence of the diffraction effect on Ep becomes less sensitive with the increase of primary energy Ep.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
