Abstract
A case report is given of a [human] fetal teratoma of the neck diagnosed by grey scale ultrasonography. X-ray examination is of great value in excluding various types of fetal pathology. In this instance of stillbirth the lateral displacement of the fetal head to the right with breech presentation raised suspicion of the presence of a fetal tumor. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
