Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A 15-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital because of the recent finding of a heart murmur.One month before admission, while playing basketball, he was struck in the chest by the knee of an opposing player. He was taken to another hospital, where an x-ray film of the chest was reported to be normal. On the following day he was seen at this hospital. Physical examination was negative; the blood pressure was 110/70 mm Hg, and no cardiac abnormality was found. He complained repeatedly of soreness in the anterior portion of the chest . . .Keywords
