Abstract
The task of an educational manager is to plan, design and implement an efficient and effective learning system, responsive to the needs of the learner and of society. Financial constraints in higher education require greater accountability. The present study identified a set of items to measure the impact of seminar/discussion and laboratory formats. Corrected split-half reliabilities reached .89 and .93 for two 8-item scales.Keywords
