Abstract
The diagnosis of polyarteritis nodosa is usually made by the arteriographic findings of multiple aneurysms of the renal and hepatic arteries (Travers et al, 1979). Followup angiographic demonstration of the disappearance of these aneurysms after treatment is rare and then usually within 12–30 months of therapy (Robins & Bookstein, 1972; Fauci et al, 1978). We report a case in which multiple aneurysms of the renal and hepatic arteries regressed within 2 months following initiation of treatment. Keywords
