Abstract
Two marine amphipods from shallow sand substrates are described and figured. One is the second recorded species in the endemic genus Patuki (Oedicerotidae), and is readily distinguished by its large size. The other, a small species of the cosmopolitan genus Hippomedon (Lysianassidae), has lensed eyes and several other unusual characteristics. Keywords
