Abstract
An apparatus for the determination of retained doses of aerosols in the respiratory tract is described. A technique for the quantitative administration of predetermined doses of a given substance to the pulmonary tract is described using sulfobromophthalein. Utilizing this technique the establishment of a dosage-response relationship can be undertaken with a minimum number of subjects. Keywords
