Abstract
This unit describes methods for the production of transgenic mice by injection of DNA into zygotes, including fertilized-egg isolation, zygote injection, and oviduct reimplantation. Methods for the preparation of plasmid and BAC DNA suitable for microinjection are also presented. Keywords
