Abstract
Hemorrhagic follicles appear in intrasplenic ovarian grafts in castrated guinea pigs whether 1 or 2 ovaries are grafted into the spleen, but they fail to appear in an intrasplenic graft when the 2d ovary is grafted into the kidney. Ovarian control of the hypophyseal gonadotropic function depends doubtfully on consumption of gonadotropins and certainly on ovarian hormones which reach the general circulation. Keywords
