Abstract
Two groups of 10 rabbits received classical, eyelid conditioning and extinction training. One group was given 220 acquisition trials and reinforced 100% of the time. A 2nd group was given 440 acquisition trials and reinforced 50% of the time. Partial reinforcement produced a decrement in acquisition performance, but no greater resistance to extinction than continuous reinforcement. Keywords
