Abstract
The exclusive two-body decay of the to heavy mesons is analyzed in the framework of perturbative QCD. We present a general formalism for calculating the decay widths to vector+vector, vector+pseudoscalar, and pseudoscalar+pseudoscalar mesons with arbitrary constituent masses. Numerical estimates of the branching ratios for different exclusive decay modes of the are presented.
