Abstract
Frozen tissue sections from the lesions of 5 patients with histologically proven mycosis fungoides were examined using a specific antihuman T[thymus-derived]-cell antiserum [anti-HTLA] and an indirect peroxidase staining technique. The dermal and epidermal infiltrates comprised predominantly cells bearing the specific T cell antigen, HTLA. Two patients exhibited characteristic Pautrier microabscesses whose cells were exclusively T lymphocytes. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
