Abstract
Lower bounds for cross sections for neutrino-nucleon scattering summed over final hadron states at large energy and momentum transfer are estimated assuming the usual current-current coupling, Regge behavior, and current-algebra sum rules. The cross sections are estimated using an added assumption of pointlike baryon constituents in nucleons. The cross sections compare well with CERN bubble-chamber data. Keywords
