Abstract
The theory of Christensen [Mechanics of Composite Materials (Wiley Interscience, New York, 1978)] of the elastic behavior of a composite material with one type of inclusion is extended to the case with more types of inclusions present. A number of special cases is presented, including the extension to viscoelastic systems. Also, the results of Christensen are presented in a more elegant way. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
