Abstract
A patient presented with symptoms of ureteric colic. At laparotomy a ureteric stricture was found which was presumed to be tuberculous, but histological examination proved it to be a talc granuloma, the talc having been introduced as a glove powder 20 years previously during a hysterectomy operation. Keywords
