Abstract
Eighteen patients with obstructive jaundice were examined by pancreatic phlebography. In 15 cases the final diagnosis was carcinoma of the pancreas, in 3 cholangiocarcinoma. The normal phlebographic anatomy and the morphologic abnormalities in patients with carcinoma of the pancreas are described. The accuracy of pancreatic phlebography in the diagnosis of carcinoma of the pancreas and cholangiocarcinoma is evaluated. Keywords
