Abstract
Two loop electroweak corrections to decays are computed. Fermion and photonic loop effects are found to reduce by and lead to the standard model prediction for inclusive meson decays. Comparison of , where is a Wolfenstein Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa parameter, with the current experimental average gives which is consistent with obtained from other and physics constraints.
