Abstract
The Adler constraints on the invariant amplitudes for the inelastic processes KN to Lambda pi and pi Lambda to pi Sigma are obtained in the soft pion limit. The numerical estimates of these consistency conditions are then used to determine pi Lambda Sigma and pi Sigma Sigma coupling constants. Keywords
