Abstract
Introduzione: I governi di minoranza sono soluzioni anomale nelle democrazie parlamentari. Tale tipo di governo può essere definito come un governo composto da rappresentanti di partiti che, in totale, controllano meno della metà dei seggi parlamentari. Le alternative ai governi di minoranza sono due: 1) governi di maggioranza, 2) amministrazioni non-partitiche.Keywords
