Abstract
A physical map of the genome of buzura suppressaria singly-enveloped nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BsSNPV) was determined using six restriction endonucleases (RE), singly or in pairs, and Southern hybridizations of cloned or gel-purified DNA fragments. The maps of the genomes of BsSNPV and autographa californica multiply-enveloped nuclear polyhedrosis virus (Ac-MNPV) were different.Keywords
