Abstract
We present a description of the spin-1 Kemmer-Duffin-Petiau equations and make an application to deuteron-nucleus scattering. Comparison with dNi elastic scattering data at 400 MeV shows that the Kemmer-Duffin-Petiau model reproduces experimental spin observables quite well.
