Abstract
In spite of the magnitude and importance of manufacturer couponing activity, little is known specifically about the relative impact of various factors that influence coupon redemption rates. This paper reports the development of a model that can both forecast the rate of coupon redemption and determine the degree to which various factors influence this redemption rate.Keywords
