Cardiac hypertrophy was produced in adult, male, albino rats by exercise. A highly significant increase in creatine phosphate and percentage of creatine as creatine phosphate in cardiac hypertrophy was demonstrated. No significant differences were detected in creatine or creatinine concentrations. Keywords
