Abstract
(±)-PGH1 analogs (9, 11-epoxymethano PGH1, 11, 9-epoxymethano PGH1, 9, 11-epoxycarbonyl PGH1, and 11, 9-epoxycarbonyl PGH1) were synthesized from 9- or 11-substituted prostaglandin derivatives or their synthetic intermediates. These analogs showed interesting biological activities, different from those of PGH2 analogs.Keywords
