Abstract
Summary: Sarcoidosis affects the nervous system in 5% of cases. Treatment with corticosteroids is usually effective. We describe the case of a patient with neurosarcoidosis in which therapy with prednisone failed whereas the result of methotrexate administration was satisfactory.Keywords
