Abstract
A case of anomalous left coronary artery originating from the pulmonary artery, with unequivocal angiocardiographic proof of blood flow from the aorta to the right coronary artery, thence through an anastomotic network to the left coronary artery and finally into the pulmonary artery has been presented. The clinical picture of such patients at different ages has been outlined in relation to the nature and extent of the anastomoses existing between the coronaries and the direction of flow in the left coronary artery. Some of the problems in the choice of a therapeutic-approach have been noted. Keywords
