Abstract
A summary of the discussions of the working group on photoproduction is presented. The main area of discussion was on aspects of photoproduction which might shed light on the quark and gluon structure of the photon. This led us into discussions of the direct and resolved contributions to the cross section, the role of vector meson dominance, the current theoretical status of large-pT studies, minijets and the total cross section. There was also a session devoted to the reaction gamma p --> VX (V = vector meson) at large momentum transfer and another devoted to the Pomeron structure function and its relevance for HERA.
