Abstract
Typing for HL-A-D determinants, using primed lymphocyte typing (PLT), was compared to the results obtained using conventional homozygous stimulating cell primary MLC [mixed lymphocyte culture] tests. The HL-A-Dw1, -Dw2 and -Dw3 specificities were studied. These 2 methods apparently essentially type for the HLA-D determiniants. Reproducible results can be obtained employing the PLT technique after 24 h of incubation in the secondary cultures. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
