Abstract
In the 2 subjects studied ovulation as judged by urinary estrogen and pregnanediol excretion occurred either during or immediately following treatment. The administration of Clomiphene was followed by a prolonged rise in the output of 17-hydroxycorticosteroids and 17-oxosteroids. Rapid cessation of galactorrhoea occurred following Clomiphene administration. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
