Abstract
The decays J/ψ→γ and J/ψ→γ , &<2.0 GeV/, have been studied. Measurements are presented for B(ψ→γf(1270))B(f(1270)→ ), B(ψ→γf(1270))B(f(1270)→ ), B(ψ→γf’(1525))B(f’(1525)→ ), and B(ψ→γtheta)B(theta(1270)→ ). A higher-mass structure is observed in the channel. The spin of the theta(1720) is established with high confidence. The polarization structure of the f(1270), f’(1525), and theta(1720) have been determined.
