Abstract
Stress-free pyroelectric coefficient, dielectric constant, and volume specific heat of dislocation-free Sr0.5 Ba0.5Nb2O6 crystals were measured. Also measured were the elastic and piezoelectric properties and thermal expansion coefficients. The strain-free and partially clamped pyroelectric coefficient, dielectric constant and volume specific heat were calculated and discussed.Keywords
