Abstract
(circularly polarized) correlation measurements have been made for the to beta decays of and . The spin sequences permit both Gamow-Teller and Fermi contributions in the transitions: and . The Fermi matrix elements , impurity coefficients , and Coulomb matrix elements , all of which must be zero for pure transitions, were deduced from the observed asymmetry parameter , using the well-established beta interaction form:
