Abstract
A technic is described for the production of mouse peritoneal fluid containing viral antibodies. Three intramuscular and one intravenous injection of viral antigen were given in addition to a single intraperitoneal injection of mouse ascitic fluid. The resultant peritoneal fluids were found to have antibody titers equal to those of mouse serum against 4 different enteroviruses tested but not the single adenovirus antigen. Keywords
