Abstract
• Two consecutive nontwin siblings had the lissencephalic syndrome. The literature of this syndrome in siblings is reviewed, and the somatic and the clinicopathologic features are delineated further. Computerized tomography is reported for the first time to our knowledge in this entity as an important, noninvasive, and possibly specific test. Diagnosis early in life is possible for adequate management of the patients and genetic counseling. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
