Abstract
Four previously published tables describing maintenance dosage intervals for common drugs used in patients with renal disease are supplemented and updated. Emphasis is given to the use of biological half-life and creatinine clearance for modification of the usual dose schedules. Toxic effects and adjustments required by patients undergoing dialysis are also noted. Keywords
