Abstract
By forming the Padé approximants to the energy perturbation series for screened Coulomb potentials, we study the cases of an electron in the Yukawa potential and a representative screened potential of the atom in the form of the Yukawa potential. It is found that the [6,6] and [6,7] Padé approximants to the energy series can account for the energy eigenvalues of various energy eigenstates to a very high accuracy. Keywords
