Abstract
Foster nursing of [male] mice of a strain (C3H) highly susceptible to the induction of subcut. sarcoma with 0.5 nag. methylcholanthrene in lard by mice of lower susceptibility to the agent (I and Y strains), or the foster nursing of [male] mice of strains more resistant to the action of methylcholanthrene in 1.0 mg. doses (Y strain) by mice of a highly susceptible strain (C3H), does not alter the susceptibilities of the animals to formation of tumors with the hydrocarbon. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
