A taxonomic survey of some species of Didymella and Didymella-like species

Abstract
Descriptions and illustrations are provided for 15 species of Didymella: D. alectorolophi, D. applanata, D. astragalina, D. bryoniae, D. castillejae, D. delphinii, D. eupyrena, D. exigua, D.festucae, D. glacialis, D. hellebori, D. pedicularis, D. phacae, D. proximella, D. trifolii and for Didymella (?) abieticola, Pseudomassaria corni, Lophiosphaera lophospora comb. nov., and Mycosphaerella prominula. A key to the species and a host index are also provided. Species of Didymella included in this study fall into two small but well-defined subgeneric groups and one large heterogeneous intermediate group.Keywords
