Abstract
The following problem is solved: Given the experimental information on deep-inelastic electron-nucleon scattering from SLAC, what are the best bounds for integrals over neutrino-scattering structure functions in the framework of the quark-parton model? This is used to discuss the saturation of the Adler and Gross-Llewellyn-Smith sum rules and to give predictions for neutrino- and antineutrino-nucleon total cross sections. Keywords
