Abstract
The technique of catheterization and superselective angiography of the cerebral arteries is described. The balloon can be introduced safely into any of the cerebral arteries including the anterior communicating artery and the peripheral branches of the middle cerebral artery. The superselective angiography seems to be suitable for the study of the regional venous circulation of the brain. Keywords
