Abstract
By the use of a quantitative assay method based on spleen cell grafting, the existence of an "F1 hybrid anti-parent" immunological reaction, that could not be detected by skin grafting, has been demonstrated. The antigen(s) involved in this reaction appeared to be considerably weaker than the H-2 antigens and are of the same order of magnitude as the Y-chromosome antigen(s).Keywords
