Abstract
Summary A study has been made of the reserpine H3 content of mouse brain following a single intraperitoneal injection. There is a rapid rise in brain content in the first 24 hours and a slow decline in reserpine content thereafter. Trimethoxybenzoic acid and methylreserpate content of the brain increased as the reserpine decreased. The signs of reserpinization lasted for 3 days, while reserpine was present for 5 days. Keywords
